The **@nodulus/config** package provides a lightweight configuration component for the Nodulus framework. It lets developers load, merge, and persist application settings (including database options, ports, and feature flags) from a JSON file whose path can be defined via the `CONFIG_PATH` environment variable, and exposes a simple API (`config`, `consts`, `persistConfiguration()`, `persistModules()`, `mergeConfiguration()`). It is intended for Node.js developers building applications with Nodulus who need a centralized, programmable way to manage runtime configuration.
