spool‑engine is a now‑deprecated Fabrix “spool” that once provided built‑in support for scheduled cron jobs, event subscriptions, and background tasks in Fabrix‑based Node.js back‑ends. Its functionality has been split into three actively maintained spools—spool‑crons, spool‑events, and spool‑tasks—so developers should use those packages instead. This project is aimed at Fabrix application developers who need modular cron, event, and task handling.
