This project provides a CLI tool for building Angular libraries, handling tasks like inlining HTML templates and CSS files, then compiling them for npm publishing. It was designed to simplify the process of creating and publishing Angular components before official Angular CLI library support was available. The tool is now deprecated in favor of native Angular CLI library functionality.
