Ember Tether is an Ember‑CLI addon that provides an `<EmberTether>` component for positioning a block of Ember markup relative to any target element (by selector, element reference, or view) using the Tether library. It’s aimed at Ember developers who need tooltips, pop‑overs, dropdowns, or any UI that must be “tethered” to another DOM node while keeping normal Ember data binding and action handling.
