Discovery Swarm Stream enables clients to use discovery-channel for discovering and connecting to peers over a stream, proxying connections between clients who share the same discovery keys. It is designed for developers working with peer-to-peer protocols like hypercore-protocol (used in Dat) who need a centralized server to manage swarm connections and facilitate peer discovery. The project supports both server and client implementations, allowing seamless integration with existing discovery-swarm instances.
