JS Pulsarcast is a Node‑JS library that implements the Pulsarcast protocol on top of libp2p, letting developers create topics, publish messages and subscribe to events in a decentralized P2P network. It’s aimed at researchers and engineers building experimental, peer‑to‑peer applications (especially those exploring the Pulsarcast spec or distributed systems prototypes) and is currently an alpha‑stage, Node‑only package.
