Node‑LevelUP is a Node.js wrapper that provides an idiomatic, asynchronous API for Google’s fast key‑value store LevelDB. It lets JavaScript developers perform get/put/delete, batch updates and stream‑based reads/writes with optional JSON or custom encodings, and can be backed by LevelDOWN, in‑memory stores, or browser‑compatible alternatives. The library is aimed at Node developers who need a simple, high‑performance, persistent datastore.
