Ember‑form‑tool is an opinionated Ember.js add‑on that provides a set of ready‑made form components (email, password, date, file uploads, selects, etc.) which automatically adapt their markup to one of the four major CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, Materialize, Material‑Lite). It’s aimed at Ember developers who want to build feature‑rich forms quickly without hand‑crafting HTML for each UI library.
