Union is a hybrid buffered/streaming middleware kernel that is backwards compatible with Connect, designed to improve efficiency by allowing streaming middlewares to process data without buffering the entire stream. It is intended for Node.js developers who need a more efficient middleware solution for handling HTTP requests and responses, particularly those familiar with Connect and looking to optimize their applications.
