http‑serve is a zero‑configuration, command‑line HTTP/HTTPS server written in Node.js. It adds features such as optional gzip serving, CORS, proxying, cache control, SSL, directory listings and a fallback URL for single‑page applications, making it useful for front‑end developers and testers who need a quick, configurable local server for development, testing or lightweight production use.
