The **esdoc-es7-plugin** is a (now‑deprecated) add‑on for the ESDoc documentation generator that lets ESDoc parse files containing ES7 (ES2016+) experimental syntax without trying to document those features. It simply skips constructs such as class properties, async functions, decorators, object spread, etc., so developers can generate documentation for projects that use modern JavaScript syntax even though the plugin does not expose those new features in the output. It is intended for ESDoc users who need basic documentation support for code written with ES7 proposals.
