The ember-in-element-polyfill is an Ember.js addon that provides a polyfill for the `in-element` feature as specified in RFC 287, making it available in all Ember versions starting from 2.12. It is designed for Ember developers who need to use the `in-element` helper in their applications, particularly in versions of Ember that do not natively support it.
