This project provides an Emergency Management Information System (EMIS) Plan, which is a written set of activities and procedures that outlines what stakeholders and others should do during emergency or disaster events. It's designed for emergency management professionals, disaster response teams, and organizations that need structured contingency plans for crisis situations. The system includes a domain model for emergency planning and is built as a Node.js application with MongoDB.

A representation on how a party(or stakeholder) acts or, in other words, what role party(or stakeholder) plays in event of emergency(or disaster).
