EMIS Alert is a Node.js module for managing disaster notifications, providing a representation of an envelope that carries alerts from sources to audiences. It is designed for developers building emergency management systems or applications that require standardized disaster notification handling. The project follows the Common Alerting Protocol (CAP) and integrates with MongoDB for data storage.
