The **arc‑cookies** package provides the cookie‑handling logic and UI used by the Advanced REST Client: it can parse `Set‑Cookie` headers, filter cookies according to RFC 6265 rules, clear expired entries, and render a cookie manager screen. Although it was formerly a standalone component, it is now deprecated and its functionality has been folded into `@advanced-rest-client/app`. The library is intended for developers building or extending the Advanced REST Client or any app that needs a lightweight, standards‑compliant cookie manager.
