This project is a deprecated bottom sheet component that slides up from the bottom of the screen to reveal additional content. It was designed for web developers using Polymer or LitElement who needed a customizable bottom sheet interface with support for actions and items. Users are now directed to use the `@anypoint-web-components/awc` module instead.
