This project provides web component extensions to the standard `<time>` element, including a `<relative-time>` element that formats timestamps as localized strings or relative text which auto-updates in the user's browser. It allows servers to cache HTML fragments containing dates while letting browsers localize displayed times according to user preferences, supporting various formatting options like relative time, duration, and datetime formats with customizable precision and thresholds.
