symbol‑species‑x is a tiny utility that exports the JavaScript “species” symbol, falling back to the legacy string key `"@@species"` when the native `Symbol.species` is unavailable. It’s aimed at library authors who need a reliable way to reference the species constructor across environments (browsers or Node) that may not support the official Symbol.
