can‑stream‑x is a small utility that wraps any JavaScript streaming library (RxJS, Kefir, Bacon, etc.) so its emitters can be connected to CanJS computes, allowing values to be streamed into and out of computes with a unified API. By supplying the library’s stream constructor and the names of its emit, subscribe and unsubscribe methods, developers can turn a compute into an observable stream and vice‑versa, making it ideal for front‑end code that mixes reactive streams with CanJS state management.
