autobadger is a lightweight Node‑JS utility that runs `make test` in a project and automatically generates a Markdown badge reflecting the build status (passing or failing). It’s aimed at developers who use Makefiles and want an easy way to embed up‑to‑date CI‑style status badges in their README, typically invoked from a pre‑commit hook.
