UI-Router Core is a framework-agnostic, state-based routing library for JavaScript Single Page Applications (SPAs). It provides a hierarchical state machine to manage navigation and transitions between application states, enabling deep linking and bookmarkable URLs. This core library is used to build UI-Router implementations for Angular, React, and other frameworks.
