This project provides a universal module loader that supports both ES Modules and CommonJS on Node.js, as well as ES Modules in the browser. It dynamically imports modules and returns metadata about the loaded module along with information about the loading mechanism used. The tool is designed for developers who need consistent module loading behavior across different JavaScript environments.
