This is a NestJS-based API that serves as a drop-in replacement for the legacy `tc-project-service`, managing the full project lifecycle for the Topcoder platform. It provides CRUD operations for projects, members, invites, phases, attachments, workstreams, and copilot workflows, using Prisma + PostgreSQL instead of Elasticsearch. The API is consumed by frontend apps like the Work and Copilots apps, as well as backend services such as work-manager and challenge-api-v6, and features layered JWT + M2M authorization with Kafka event publishing for mutations.
