Gestor de Oferta (GO v2) is a Node‑JS application that powers the “offer manager” platform used by Carris Metropolitana to create, configure and monitor public‑transport service offers (routes, schedules, fares, etc.). It is intended for the company’s internal product and operations teams—as well as developers who need to run, extend, or maintain the service’s micro‑modules and its MongoDB‑backed data store.
