semantic-release plugin to push files and folders to any S3 bucket

The **@eyesoft/semantic-release-s3** package is a plugin for [semantic‑release](https://github.com/semantic-release/semantic-release) that automatically uploads selected files or whole directories to an S3‑compatible bucket as part of the release process. It is aimed at developers who use semantic‑release to automate publishing and want to push build artefacts (e.g., static sites, documentation, binaries) to AWS S3 or any S3‑like storage service during CI/CD.
