sboljs3 is a TypeScript library that lets developers read, write, and interconvert SBOL 1‑3 synthetic‑biology data (and import FASTA/GenBank) within browser‑ or Node.js‑based JavaScript/TypeScript applications. Built on the rdfoo RDF framework, it provides object‑oriented SBOL models and can be combined with other rdfoo abstractions, targeting bioinformaticians and synthetic‑biology software engineers needing programmatic SBOL support.
