This project was a promise-based version of the mkdirp utility, allowing users to create nested directories in Node.js with Promise support. However, it is now deprecated and broken, as the original mkdirp package now supports promises natively, and modern Node.js versions offer fs.mkdir with recursive mode and Promise support. Developers should use these alternatives instead.
