`ndarray-base-binary` is a JavaScript library for performing element-wise binary operations on multi-dimensional arrays (ndarrays). It applies a binary callback function to corresponding elements from two input ndarrays and stores the results in a third output ndarray. This package is designed for developers working with numerical and scientific computing in JavaScript who need efficient array operations.
