`@stdlib/blas-ext-base-dfill` is a small utility that fills a double‑precision (Float64) strided array with a user‑specified constant, supporting both regular and “ndarray” indexing with configurable stride and offset. It is aimed at developers doing low‑level numerical or scientific computing in JavaScript (Node.js or browsers) who need a fast, pure‑JavaScript (and C‑compatible) routine for initializing or overwriting float64 data buffers.
