This project is a cross-platform systray library for Node.js that allows developers to create system tray icons and menus for their applications. It's a fork of the original node-systray library, modified to fetch compiled helper binaries as a postinstall hook instead of bundling them directly in the npm package. The library is designed for Node.js developers building desktop applications who need a lightweight, portable systray solution that works across macOS, Linux, and Windows.
