A small Node package that plugs into Atlassian Changesets and replaces its default plain‑text formatter with a template‑based one that automatically appends markdown links to the commit, pull‑request/issue and repository for each changeset entry. It’s aimed at developers who already use Changesets for versioning and want richer, link‑filled changelogs (e.g., for GitHub, Bitbucket, or any git‑hosted service).
