The **solid-idp** repository provides an OpenID Connect (OIDC) identity provider that issues WebID‑based credentials for the Solid ecosystem. It’s designed to be plugged into the new Solid Community Server, allowing developers building Solid applications to authenticate users with decentralized WebIDs.
