This project generates a single `.d.ts` bundle containing external module declarations from TypeScript module files, solving the limitation that TypeScript compiler doesn't allow creating a single bundle from multiple individual files. It's designed for TypeScript developers who need to distribute a single declaration file along with their compiled JavaScript that users can reference using a `/// <reference path />` comment.
