This project is a Vitest reporter that creates annotations in GitHub Actions when tests are run, making test failures more visible and actionable in the CI/CD workflow. It's designed for developers using Vitest with GitHub Actions who want to see test results and stack traces directly in their pull requests or workflow runs. The reporter is only needed for Vitest versions below 1.3.0, as newer versions have built-in GitHub Actions reporter support.
