`ember-new-computed` is an Ember addon that enables developers to use the new computed property syntax (as described in [emberjs/rfcs#11](https://github.com/emberjs/rfcs/pull/11)) in older versions of Ember by providing a polyfill. It's designed for Ember developers working on projects with older Ember versions who want to adopt the newer computed property syntax without upgrading their entire framework.
