`radic` is a general‑purpose Node.js library (and CLI tool) that bundles a suite of utilities such as file‑based configuration, a lightweight JSON‑file database, Git helpers, shell execution, networking, and wrappers for external binaries. It is aimed at developers building command‑line or server‑side applications who want a ready‑made toolbox of common tasks without pulling in many separate dependencies.
