`@neondatabase/serverless` is Neon's PostgreSQL driver for JavaScript/TypeScript, optimized for serverless/edge functions with low-latency https/WebSocket connections. It's a drop-in replacement for node-postgres, supporting one-shot queries via `neon()`, transactions via `transaction()`, and full node-postgres compatibility through `Pool`/`Client` constructors.
