Toga is a Node‑based server that pre‑renders universal (isomorphic) React components and serves their HTML, CSS and JavaScript assets through simple HTTP endpoints, allowing the components to be dropped into any existing web application (Ruby, PHP, Perl, etc.) with optional props passed via GET or POST. It’s aimed at front‑end engineers and developers who want to reuse modern React UI pieces in legacy or multi‑language back‑ends without rewriting or rebuilding the whole app.
