This project is a record harvester for the Melinda record batch import system, designed to harvest Dublin Core records from publication archives. It is intended for use by the National Library of Finland to import bibliographic data into their library system. The harvester filters records based on configurable criteria, such as publication date and ISBN presence, and sends them to the import system via an API.
