Monic is a JavaScript file builder (a fork of Jossy) that lets developers assemble, conditionally include, and chunk‑split source files via simple `//#include`, `//#without`, `//#if`/`//#set` directives, with support for flags, labels, source‑maps, and a CLI or library API. It’s aimed at front‑end and Node developers who want a lightweight, configurable build tool that can be integrated into Gulp, Grunt, Webpack or used standalone.
