Turn‑JS is a pure‑JavaScript implementation of the TURN (Traversal Using Relays around NAT) protocol, covering most of RFC 5766 and supporting both TCP and UDP transports. It provides a client library with callback‑ and promise‑based APIs for allocating relays, creating permissions, binding channels, refreshing allocations, and sending data, and can be bundled for browser use (e.g., Chrome apps). The project is aimed at developers who need NAT traversal capabilities in Node.js or front‑end JavaScript environments.
