bb‑server is a lightweight, configurable Node.js HTTP server aimed at developers who need a fast, feature‑rich development and production server for static assets and single‑page applications. It serves files from the working directory (or a custom root) and adds on‑the‑fly caching, LRU memory/disk storage, transpiling, minifying, gzip compression, web‑socket support, session handling, custom route handlers, SEO‑friendly prerendering, and automatic script injection, all controllable via command‑line options or a JSON config.
