This project provides a JavaScript implementation of the IPLD format specification for Zcash blocks, allowing developers to serialize and deserialize Zcash blockchain data. It's designed for developers working with Zcash blockchain data in JavaScript environments, particularly those building applications that need to integrate Zcash block data with IPLD-based systems. The module is now deprecated and should be used with multiformats via ipld-format-to-blockcodec.
