This project is a plugin for the Interledger Protocol (ILP) that enables settlements between ILP peers using the Lightning Network on Bitcoin. It allows for fast and reliable payments by chunking ILP payments into small increments and settling them over the Lightning Network. The plugin is designed for developers who want to integrate Lightning Network settlements into their ILP applications, and it requires an existing Lightning node with connectivity to the greater Lightning network.
