bare‑inspector adds V8’s Inspector protocol to Bare (a minimal Node‑compatible runtime). It provides a `Session` class to connect to the inspector, send protocol commands (e.g., `Runtime.evaluate`), receive events, and capture heap snapshots via a streaming `HeapSnapshot` API. The library is aimed at developers building tools or debugging Bare applications who need programmatic access to V8’s debugging and profiling features.
