A multiple sequence alignment viewer
JBrowseMSA is a multiple sequence alignment (MSA) viewer built with React, designed for visualizing and analyzing biological sequence alignments. It's part of the GMOD (Generic Model Organism Database) project and is particularly useful for researchers and developers working with genomic or proteomic data who need to view and interact with MSA files. The project includes a main React component, command-line tools for batch processing, and various parsers for different MSA file formats, making it suitable for both web-based applications and programmatic integration.
