lazyrepo is a zero-config caching task runner for npm/pnpm/yarn monorepos that makes package.json "scripts" scale without adopting a big industrial-strength build system. It's written in TypeScript and offers quality-of-life improvements like a human-friendly config format, concise feedback, sensible defaults, and the ability to contribute without learning Rust. The project is currently in prototyping stage and is for developers working with monorepos who want a fast, lightweight alternative to tools like Turborepo.
