wildstring is a tiny, dependency‑free JavaScript library for matching and replacing strings using simple wildcard patterns (default `*`) with optional custom wildcards and case‑insensitive mode. It’s aimed at developers who need easy, regex‑like string interpolation or pattern matching in Node.js, browsers, or via Bower without pulling in larger parsing tools.
