semantic‑monorepo‑tools is a lightweight JavaScript library that provides pure‑style helper functions for performing SemVer 2‑compliant releases from Conventional Commits inside monorepos. It is aimed at developers who need fine‑grained, programmable control over versioning and changelog generation for multiple packages (especially when packages have independent versions), replacing the now‑unmaintained Lerna workflow.
