SQLdown is a LevelUP storage backend that uses Knex to store key‑value pairs in SQL databases (SQLite 3, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and optionally WebSQL). It provides a simple Level‑compatible API while handling database‑specific quirks such as upserts and periodic cleanup of stale rows, making it useful for Node.js (and browser) applications that need a LevelDB‑like interface backed by relational databases.
